For extra fun, I spread the leftover red chocolate (if you have any left) into a very small (½ inch) silicone heart mold, refrigerated them, and popped them out. The decorations on top are made of fondant and attached with edible glue. You could also make this cocoa bomb with a dark chocolate shell and red velvet flavoring oil, then add red powdered food coloring to white cocoa mix inside to turn the drink red as a surprise.
